"I am not a fan of change. I signed up with state farm more years ago than I can remember with another agent. That agent retired, and I then became the client of Aimee Florea and her team. Needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive again, I don't care for change. But they have been handling my policies now for several years, and I have to admit, they're absolutely wonderful. They are fast knowledgeable and conscientious. Fortunately, I haven't needed to use my policy, but I often have questions. During normal business hours, I never have a problem getting someone on the phone or finding answers to my questions. And when all is said and done, i'm very happy with this change and that they are handling my policies."
